The burden and stress is not uncommon at work, especially for women. It is accentuated by the weaker supports in the work environment that does not favor jumbling expectations for people with multiple roles in their life. Inviting speakers from life coaching & clinical psychologist background, we will see perspectives and practical guidance to cope with stress.

- How is working environment today is different from the past? How come burnout and stress is more pervasive?
- Discuss example of cases faced by speakers as the experts in mental health/managing stress.
- How can we manage stress at work, practical guide from clinical psychology, managing works, and self-motivation sides.

Speakers
Yanti Nisro, Life Coach, Self-Employed
With over two decades of work expertise, Yanti has worked in market research industry with the involvement as an advisor for Deka Group and PERPI, and had worked as Executive Director Operations at Nielsen for 10 years. While her role as an ESOMAR representative since 2018 brings global insights to local practices. Yanti’s past leadership experience includes serving as Deputy MD at DEKA Insight and co-founding Tigapijar, consultant of people development. Passionate about empowering women and girls, she has been a philanthropist with Soroptimist International since 1997 and now a founder of ORSIN Indonesia, where she gives coaching and mentorship for career and self-growth
Ghassani Salsabila, Clinical Psychologist, Yayasan Teruntuk Jejak Kebaikan, Senyatanya, Kata Kecil Enterprise
Ghassani Salsabila (Salbi) is a licensed adult clinical psychologist. She is an alumna of Universitas Indonesia with numerous experiences in mentoring, coaching, and clinical practices at multiple hospitals, clinics, and psychology bureaus – all related to adult mental health. Besides psychology, she is also passionate about social voluntary activities, which led her to build Yayasan Teruntuk Jejak Kebaikan, Senyatanya, and Kata Kecil Enterprise. Salbi is the author of “Untuk Lebi: Obat Berdamai Untuk Diri” published by Bentang Pustaka in 2023, a book about the journey to self-love & self-discovery.

Just like our regular She Loves Data #MeetUp events, this networking event and panel discussion is open to all working professionals irrespective of gender.
This is a networking event so you will have a chance to meet the speakers, as well as other members and partners of the She Loves Data community. A friendly reminder though – please observe networking etiquette by giving others a chance to meet and speak to everyone (i.e. no hogging!)
