Andrew is an accomplished data scientist and analytics leader with a wealth of experience. Currently, he is the Lead Data Scientist at Vanguard Australia, where he oversees insights and advanced analytics for the direct-to-consumer business. Prior to this, Andrew led the machine learning and data science function at ResponSight, a startup applying Deep Learning to develop next generation cybersecurity solutions. He also spent nearly nine years at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, managing delivery of analytics projects for major insurance companies worldwide. Andrew has a Ph.D. in theoretical particle physics from the University of Melbourne.
Pk is a seasoned professional who thrives on challenges across Engineering, Delivery, or Leadership realms. Embarking on his journey in 2004, he has since been at the helm of designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions across a myriad of architectures and domains. His fervor is deeply rooted in automation, DevOps, data engineering, and MLOps, which propels him to develop and deliver a multitude of complex modern data platforms that stand at the forefront of technology. Holding the position of Head of Technology for Sahaj.ai, Pk is relentless in refining data workflows, creating a conduit for high-quality solutions both on-premise and on cloud platforms. His journey mirrors a blend of technical expertise, customer-centric solutions, and a steadfast commitment to pushing the engineering envelope. Pk’s work not only revolves around engineering excellence but also encapsulates a keen understanding of how data can be harnessed to drive customer satisfaction and business transformation, embodying a holistic approach to modern data platform
Sveta is an executive leader in data analytics and science with extensive experience in consulting and client based environments. She has vast of experience working in different industries including fintech, digital marketplaces, gambling, health, SaaS, digital businesses and startups.
Sveta is honoured to have been awarded in the Top Analytics Leaders of the Year by the Australian industries professional association. Sveta also have been listed in Global Data Women of the year by CDO journal 2021 and Global Data Power Women List for 2023 by CDO Magazine.
Sveta has a passion for connecting people to the data they need to make decisions ,build better products and execute marketing, personalisation and customer strategies. She has a great ability to liaise between business and technology. Sveta has an extensive experience in building data science and analytics practices from scratch, recruiting and developing teams. She enjoys building and designing data strategy in order to create maturity in the data capabilities of the organisation.
Sri is an experienced Data leader with two decades of experience in technology and leadership roles. As someone who has been in a number of roles across diverse industries, she brings unique perspectives gained from real life experience in working across data leadership, governance, analytics and information management at various points in her career. Currently working as the Head of Enterprise Data and Content at a large Australian utility organisation, Sri leads a number of enterprise capabilities across Data Engineering and Integration, Data Governance, Visualisation and Content Management.
Shobha is a Sales Engineering leader at Snowflake with over 15 years of experience in the tech space working for product companies and consultancy services, predominantly in the data and analytics field.
