Richa Tibarewal
Global Head of Operations
Richa Tibarewal, Global Head of Operations and Global Signature Certification Program Instructor at She Loves Data
is a digital nomad who grew up in India, currently living in Singapore for 6+ years. Richa has travelled to 23 countries and lived in almost 12 of them for long work engagements. She has worked for companies such as Deloitte, HCL Technologies, Oracle & Mercer Technologies where she managed and led HR transformation projects, business stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams for the past 14 years in a consulting role as a project manager & Business Transformation manager across multiple industries.
Client satisfaction & cross cultural engagements are in her DNA and the love for travelling, sports & food is wired in her. Passionate about volunteering, mentoring & women empowerment, she currently heads the Global Operations & Signature programs for ‘She Loves Data’ and help define their strategy for the data & tech FREE certification programs for their 17 active country chapters. She also mentors through MyOdyssey program of she loves data and a few of her ex-colleagues and junior girls from colleges.
In her free time, Richa also does charity cooking and donates all the money to the people who needs it. Richa is always excited to welcome every new opportunity, experience & change with a glass of champagne and hope life continues to unfold new surprises in a good way!
Quinn Pham

Quinn Pham, Global Instructor, Content Creator at She Loves Data
As a member of Meiro’s management team, Quinn leads the delivery of data integration and Customer Data Platform implementation projects for its largest clients in Asia Pacific by serving as a bridge between the business decision makers and technical experts. In her role, she advises her clients in activating data for personalizing customer engagement, optimizing business processes and operationalizing digital transformation initiatives.
Quinn also volunteers as an Instructor on data, digital and CX strategy for She Loves Data, a non-for-profit organization with a mission to nurture the data science, business intelligence & analytics community and inspire more women in pursuing careers in these fields.
Prior to Meiro and She Loves Data, Quinn had four years’ experience as a Project Manager in a professional services firm, enabling business process optimization, ERP implementation, and championing data-driven decision making within the organization.
Aishwarya Ramakrishnan

Aishwarya Ramakrishnan, Global Instructor and Content Creator at She Loves Data
Aish is a senior corporate leader and a Vice President at a custodian bank in the financial services industry. As part of her firm’s APAC Engineering team, she is an Agile Scrum Leader and oversees the success of her team, leading the deliveries for the firm’s client commitment and operational efficiency agenda in APAC through latest technology solutions. Aish is a strong advocate for DEI, which led her to join the global non profit organisation called She Loves Data, focusing on upskilling women in data and technology to empower female colleagues to leadership growth opportunities.
She has been a proud volunteer at She Loves Data for more than 3 years and is currently responsible for building and leading delivery of multiple global training programs globally on topics related data skills, machine learning and many more. She is passionate about Technology, has deep knowledge in robotics, and experience in leading large scale transformation programs, that open up new ways of application of design thinking and innovative practices in teams.
Aish is passionate about data and the power that this can bring through data driven decision making. She volunteers to teach and empower women with technology and data skills to enable the art of the possible, through She Loves Data and mentors young girls partnering with Inspiring Girls Singapore. Aish is also the Singapore chapter lead for Women In Engineering in APAC for her company that aims to drive and grow women and their careers and holds the position of the Chair of the Singapore DEI Council at her workplace. In 2023, she was selected as one of the 10 women in Singapore to mentor students as part of the NUS Centre for Future Ready Graduates – Women’s Professional Development Program. Aish was awarded the Professional Excellence award and Mid Year Award for Women in Engineering at her workplace for the APAC Region in both 2022 and 2023. Aish loves to draw and paint, and sells her artwork for charity (dog shelters) which keeps her going to paint more

Arushi is a strategy & analytics professional with rich experience across high-growth startups in the tech industry. She currently leads strategic partnerships for a multi-country digital bank (Tyme Global, with digital banks TymeBank in South Africa and GoTyme in the Philippines) and has previously led strategic planning, program management and go-to-market initiatives for high-growth tech companies including at Uber, Grab and AWS. Although a strategist by profession, Arushi leverages the power of data-driven insights and solutions routinely in her role. She is an advocate for data literacy and a focus on not just descriptive, but also prescriptive and predictive analytics in all her roles. Outside of her day job, she mentors early-stage startups in Southeast Asia on various topics

Lindsay has more than 7 years of data industry experience around marketing, business intelligence, and consumer data in the digital tech space. She lives by the principle of 3Es – Execution, Education, and Empowerment with data.
Lindsay executes with data – bringing insights to life through actions. She experiments with product features to test and learn which version brings the most impact to the company. She also analyses users’ behavioral data to inform on product direction and where to improve next.
Lindsay educates data – training and creating content around data science and analytics. She teaches and trains professionals and students to be skilled technically, analytically focused, and well positioned to know how to extract values from data. She collaborates with Alcott Global for e-learning content. She also builds, teaches, and delivers curriculum and topics for SheLovesData. On a part time basis, she also teaches professionally through data bootcamp academies.

Deborah is a Software Sustainability Institute fellow in the UK and completing her Leverhulme Trust-funded PhD in humanities data science at University College London. She also teaches undergraduate and master’s degrees as part of her PhD. Her research interests are in the areas of data mining, NLP, visualization, and machine learning in Python. She loves working with data and is passionate about empowering women with data and technology.

Adam Kubalica

Adam had a different approach to COVID lockdowns and spent about 6 months learning Python, SQL and data analysis online, this led to getting his first ‘data’ job at the start of 2022. a. He became a member of a fresh and growing team challenged with the task of migrating old Data Warehouse to the cloud. Data Analyst by title, he quickly started learning concepts of data engineering and built multiple ‘firsts’ in the new infrastructure. Today he’s a Databricks enthusiast(Pandas, PySpark, SQL), with experience in Azure Logic Apps, ADF, Qualtrics & Power BI.
In his “previous life” he was an IRATA Level 3 technician with many years of running high-risk construction projects requiring rope access, elevated work platforms, confined space, rigging etc.

Sudha believes in the power of mentors and strong role models to develop women in tech and has been focused on supporting agendas around motivating young women to take on STEM careers and also in mentoring women in their careers in data/technology.

Brigitte currently works as a technology trainer for one of Australia’s largest law firms. She also works as a program and systems coordinator for an Indigenous owned training organization focused on upskilling and training under-represented communities in Australia. Brigitte has worked as a technical professional for over 20 years in the areas of programming, database development, software support and implementation, data analytics and technology training for a number of global organizations; Nielsen, Unilever and Kimberly-Clark. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge. She is a life long learner and advocates the importance of improving and developing technical skills. You are never too old to learn something new!
