What is Courage Council?
The Courage Council is a community and ecosystem-led approach to helping solve societal issues that affect women’s careers.
Organised by She Loves Data and founded in 2019, it gathers 10 to 12 C-Level leaders (CDOs/CIOs/CEOs/CTOs) from the world’s leading data-informed organisations yearly, focused on topics related to Data and AI and the Future of Work.
Every year, we aim to: identify a theme and the top challenges blocking women’s progress in tech, data and AI, suggest solutions in a report, implement and track the impact of these recommendations.
In 2024, the Council is opening its doors to more collaborators and sponsors.
