Global Mentoring Program
She Leads is a Global Mentorship program, managed by She Loves Data, designed to help upcoming female managers who are at the crossroads of their careers to develop their leadership trajectory through dedicated coaching from an experienced senior mentor. The mentors, in turn, have the opportunity to get perspectives from the younger leaders through reverse mentorship.

Program Overview:
SheLeads is a global mentoring program. Cohort 2 kicks off in July with a virtual launch for mentor-mentee pairings from our global community. Mentors from SLD’s network of experienced senior leaders will each be matched to a mentee, and will meet virtually (or in person), at least once a month for 5 months.
A nominal fee of SGD 85 will be paid by all selected mentees for the entire module.
What makes our mentorship program unique?
* Highly experienced and committed Mentors: women and men who have reached the top through inspiring leadership, skillful navigation of organisational terrains and yes, data-driven decision making.
* Focused on female Mentees who are looking to progress into leadership positions, but may be “stuck”, unsure about their capabilities, or need clarity with the way forward.
* Beyond G-R-O-W Mentoring: Though GROW is a popular framework for coaching, we will also encourage our participants to explore reverse mentoring and other mentoring trends.
* Compact but high impact: sessions will be goal-driven, customized and prescriptive, within a 5 month coaching period.

Enhances cross-functional knowledge & experience sharing and facilitates flow of information and ideas.
Industry/Corporate Culture Enhancer
Helps in better understanding the industry’s ways of working.
What it isn’t…
Guarantee of career progression or job
Mentoring relationship provides no assurance of promotion or any other goals that you might have set as a mentee.
Formal Development Replacement
Mentoring cannot take the place of formal training, it should be complementary to everything you already do to grow and develop yourself in your career at work.
Mentor needs to be in the driver’s seat
The mentor cannot execute suggested ideas for you, you have to be an initiator and a driver as a mentee.
Mentor is not hiring the mentee.
