A. Yes! Participation is free, but slots are limited, so please register early!

Q. I’m based outside of Singapore. Can I still join?
A. Absolutely! This is an APAC-wide online event. You can join from any part of the world.

Q. Is it only for women?
A. Just like our regular She Loves Data #MeetUp events, this online webinar is open to all professional men and women. #HeLovesData too!

Q. Is this an interactive discussion or just a ‘listen-in’ webinar?
A. Definitely interactive! Your thoughts, feedback and questions are most welcome and will be entertained during the polling and live Q&A portions at the end of the discussion.

Originally from Washington, DC, Stephanie has worked in the Technology Recruitment and Talent Acquisition in Australia for over 15 years. She recently transitioned from agency recruitment into an internal role with Splunk. Stephanie is passionate about building diverse teams, celebrating differences and helping to build cultures where people can bring their whole selves to work. When not at work, she’s wrangling her 3 year old or baking, and in her spare time (whatever that is!) she is reading non-fiction, writing a blog, dancing, or planning her next meal.

Business Psychologist, Facilitator & Leadership Development Specialist
A Masters-qualified Business Psychologist, Leisa has 16 years of experience helping organisations to build highly capable and engaged leaders and teams. Her approach is influenced by insights from the fields of organisational and positive psychology, neuroscience, leadership, and behavioural change. Her past and current clients include some of Australia’s most iconic and exciting brands including ANZ, Telstra, Envato, NAB, Square Peg Capital, REA Group and the Australian Government. As a facilitator, coach, and leadership development specialist, Leisa is recognised for her highly pragmatic approach in helping leaders to improve their communication skills and skilfully navigate important workplace conversations. She is passionate about helping leaders to cultivate trust, clarity, psychological safety and authentic ‘human’ connection. More specifically, she offers training, workshops, and coaching in topics such as difficult conversations, feedback conversations, and career conversations.
 
Gerhard Schweinitz
Director of Talent APAC @Contino
A diverse background, with degrees in Law & Commerce, Gerhard went on to run multiple businesses before moving into recruitment. Since moving into recruitment Gerhard has become very fond of community events, running over 200 meetups and is the Co-founder of BeerOps an event that attracts 1,000+ people per event and has a community following of 20,000+ people. During his recruitment career Gerhard has scaled 2 startups from zero to hundreds of technologists on both occasions these startups were acquired by larger corporations. Gerhard was also responsible for scaling out amaysim’s technology team to the Philippines, where he stood up the entire tech team. Gerhard has featured in multiple online publications and authored The Voice of Talent Report in 2019.
