She Loves Data Czech republic/Slovakia Launch: Female Leadership in a Data-driven world

What is data? What role do women play in a data-driven world?

Join us for the launch of our newest chapter: She Loves Data Czech republic & Slovakia!

This inaugural event features three phenomenal female leaders from diverse backgrounds and industries sharing their career journeys and the impact of data on their lives and professions.

Our panelists will explore the relevance of data; how it affects the economy; and the power it has to revolutionize our businesses and communities. We will ask what role diversity is playing to drive innovation and how do they as leaders up-skill themselves and keep their teams on the right level of data and digital literacy.

Hosted by She Loves Data, we will see some great female leaders sharing their experiences and lessons learned. Finally, learn how you can get involved with She Loves Data Czech republic and Slovakia, build skills and embark with other strong CZ/SK women on your own data journey.



Jana Marle-Zizkova

Jana Marle Zizkova


Avid data and diversity advocate, Jana headed teams and country operations at Estee Lauder, Sybase, Sas and Socialbakers.

Czech native, Swedish citizen, Jana has been living in Singapore since 2012. She left the corporate career to start a data consultancy, soon followed by a Customer Data Platform tech start-up Meiro. At the same time, Jana co-founded the non-profit movement She Loves Data. 

Since 2016 over 10,000 women have attended 130+ free data & tech workshops and webinars in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, South Africa, Nigeria, and the USA.

She Loves Data received the 2019 “Diversity Initiative Award in Asia” by Women in IT.

In 2008 & 2009 Jana was named one of the “Top 25 business women” in the Czech Republic and she is featured on the inaugural 2020 “Singapore 100 Women in Tech” list.

Between 2003-2006 she circumnavigated the world on a 38ft sailboat.


Tania le Moigne 

Tania le Moigne joined Google in 2006 as a Country Director Google Czech Republic. In her current role as a Regional Director she is responsible for Google business operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. Tania has 30 years of background in the IT industry. 

In 2009 Tania received the award “Personality of the Czech Internet” by She is frequently ranked by Hospodarske noviny and Forbes among the most successful businesswomen in the Czech Republic.  In 2011 and 2018 she was leading the Hospodarske noviny ranking. In 2014 Tania received an award for “HR personality of the year”. 

Tania is very active in the non-profit sector.


Michaela Lhotkova

After graduating from University of Economics in Prague and CEMS Master of International Management, Michaela started her career at International Corporate Desk at KBC Group and then several years in Credits, managing the team of 300 in the whole SME Credit line by the time she turned 30. After a short leave for a maternity “project”:-), she switched to SME business side, followed by a CFO/CRO role at Hypoteční banka. In her latest job she focuses on running the Daily Banking of one of the biggest Czech banks, along with the role of its Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for transforming the current business model and new digital services introduction.



Jitka Raskova

Head of chapter CZ/SK & Europe

Marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing communications, event management and project management in the ICT industry. 

A proud mother of two currently settling back in Prague after spending almost 7 years in Singapore, where she found a new passion in helping a very successful nonprofit organization, She Loves Data.
