Kateryna Portmann is a Global Lead Connected Care and Data at Hocoma AG, the global market leader for the development, manufacturing and marketing of robotic and sensor-based devices for functional movement therapy. Kateryna has personal experience of spinal injury and the often long road to rehabilitation following a car accident. Kateryna successfully exited her own start up and established an NGO in the south Caucasus. She has a decade-long experience in technology-related health product management and strategy, working with government institutions, industry and start-ups, and is a start-up mentor and public speaker. A citizen of the world, she has lived and worked in the Ukraine, south Caucasus (Armenia & Georgia), the Middle East, Hong Kong, London and now Zurich.
