Amy Ng, Principal Consultant and Services Product Management Lead for Cyber, NCS Group

Amy Ng is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry. As Principal Consultant and Services Product Management Lead for Cyber at NCS Group, Amy is at the helm of driving strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives that shape the company’s cybersecurity services portfolio for scalable growth.

Throughout her career, Amy has held leadership roles across telcos, start-ups, and multinational corporations, including a 16-year tenure at Cisco Systems. There, she led Services Strategy, Commercial Sales, Product Management, and Channel Management across the Asia Pacific region. Her track record of success extends to key management positions at ST Engineering Infosecurity and Quann Asia Pacific, where she played a pivotal role in expanding their cybersecurity portfolios.

Amy is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech. She has been a driving force behind talent development and mentorship programs, including the Women in NCS initiative. She is dedicated to championing the next generation of female talent in cybersecurity, fostering diversity, and ensuring a more inclusive tech industry.

Mary Katrina Little, Director of IT Risk & Information Security

With over 18 years of expertise in Information Security, Mary K Little has led transformative security initiatives across both public and private sectors, ensuring robust protection for a wide range of organisations. Her career began in the UK’s Defence Sector, where she gained valuable experience and expanded through roles with prestigious institutions, including National Savings & Investments (UK) and the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency.

Originally from Scotland, she has spent the past five years in Singapore, transitioning from consulting into my current role as Director of IT Risk & Information Security. She is passionate about shaping secure digital landscapes, and my work involves overseeing critical security programs that safeguard both business operations and data integrity. She holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of the West of Scotland, complemented by multiple industry accreditations.
