Jana Marlé Zizková, Co-Founder and CEO, She Loves Data and Meiro CDP
Avid data and diversity advocate, Jana headed teams and country operations at Estee Lauder, Sybase, SAS and Socialbakers. In 2015 she left the corporate career to start a data consultancy, soon
followed by a Singapore based Customer Data Platform (CDP) tech start-up Meiro where she is the CEO. At the same time, Jana cofounded the non-profit global movement She Loves Data. Recently she also co-founded We Love MarTech, which aims to educate and grow the martech industry in APAC. Since 2016 over 16,000 women have attended 200+ free data & tech workshops, certification programs, and webinars. She Loves Data has chapters in 17 countries on 5 continents. She Loves Data received the
2019 “Diversity Initiative Award in Asia” by Women in IT. In 2009 & 2010 Jana was named one of the “Top 25 business women” in the Czech Republic. She was also featured on the inaugural 2020 “Singapore 100 Women in Tech” list. Jana is a volunteering mentor of non-commercial projects for future
female leaders My Odyssey & Women in Business (National University of Singapore) and she collaborates with the European Women on Boards on the C-level program. As someone with a passion for uncharted territories Jana circumnavigated the world on a 38ft sailboat between 2003-2005.
Azli Jamil, Managing Director, Malaysia and Thailand, Cognizant
Azli is the Managing Director of Cognizant Malaysia and Thailand, where he drives strategic and operational initiatives to enhance client transformations. With 34 years of experience in business consulting and technology, he has held leadership roles at Oracle and Microsoft, earning the Microsoft Services APAC Top Subsidiary Award for excellence in management. He founded several retail and technology companies, successfully selling one in 2014 to expand market share through QSR partnerships. As an M&A Advisor at Corum Group, he assists founders and investors in achieving optimal sale outcomes for their businesses. Azli’s expertise spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, banking, and retail, allowing him to build strong client relationships and implement effective digital solutions. He holds a Computer Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment at Cognizant, collaborating with talented individuals to drive success.
Chong Chye Neo, Independent Board Director, Hong Leong Financial Group, KLCC Property Holdings and others
Chong Chye Neo serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad, KLCC Property Holdings Bhd, and QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd.,where she chairs various committees, including Board Technology & Cybersecurity. She was previously on the boards of Bursa Malaysia and Hong Leong Bank and retired as the first female Managing Director of IBM Malaysia after 30 years of service. She continues to contribute as a mentor and speaker at industry events, and judged on awards panels of UN Women Empowerment Principles Award and Kincentric’s Employer of the Year.
Mahuran Saro Sakiri , SVP, Group Research Development & Policy, TalentCorp
Mahuran brings with her more than 25 years of experience in human resources strategy and labour market research. Her research interests are focusing on jobs in demand, skills & competency, and women in labour force participation. Her current research interests are the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence on talent development and skill acquisition, the labour market trends, and the study to support the development of national policies and programmes to increase and retain the participation of women in the labour force. She concurs on the importance of collaboration between the private and public sector to design smart and agile labor market.
Yogaswaree Supramaniam, Lead, Investors and Ecosystem Management, Asia Oceania, InvestKL
Ms. Yogeswaree Supramaniam, Senior Manager of Investors Account Management at InvestKL, leads strategic relationships with multinationals to foster foreign investment in Malaysia. She also co-heads the InvestKL Talent Programme, preparing Malaysian leaders for global roles through targeted skill development and mentorship. With over 20 years of expertise across government, logistics, and telecommunications, she collaborates and organises essential skills programs for graduates and upskilling initiatives for professionals. Passionate about bridging the industry-academia gap, Ms. Yogeswaree collaborates with ecosystem partners to align workforce skills with global demands, demonstrating her commitment to innovation, talent development, and impactful client engagement.

Yes! Participation is free, but slots are limited, so please register early.
Just like our regular She Loves Data #MeetUp events, this networking event and panel discussion is open to all working professionals irrespective of gender. However, after we reach a certain number of registrants, we will be prioritising graduates of The AI Advantage for Professionals Fundamentals masterclass and their plus ones, as well as our partners and our sponsor’s partners. So please register early.
This is a networking event so you will have a chance to meet the speakers, as well as other members and partners of the She Loves Data community. A friendly reminder though – please observe networking etiquette by giving others a chance to meet and speak to everyone (i.e. no hogging!)
Simple finger food and drinks will be served. Please take a bite to eat earlier as the snacks are NOT meant to be dinner.
