This panel discussion will explore how today’s leaders are implementing strategic upskilling programs to activate AI superpowers, making individuals and organizations more productive, innovative, and competitive. As AI becomes integral to business, the session will cover strategies for upskilling employees, sharing success stories, and addressing challenges. It will highlight how AI can boost job satisfaction and engagement, with real-world examples demonstrating improved work-life balance. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, organizations can drive innovation. Insights from experts, including collaborations like Cognizant and Snowflake, will provide actionable takeaways.

As the closing session of our new Signature Program, supported by Cognizant, “The AI Advantage for Professionals: Fundamentals Masterclass,” this event will include a Graduation Ceremony honoring the Sydney-based participants who completed the program.

We will also be celebrating She Loves Data’s 8th Anniversary!

Speakers

Jana Marlé Zizková, Co-Founder and CEO, She Loves Data and Meiro CDP

Avid data and diversity advocate, Jana headed teams and country operations at Estee Lauder, Sybase, SAS and Socialbakers. In 2015 she left the corporate career to start a data consultancy, soon followed by a Singapore based Customer Data Platform (CDP) tech start-up Meiro where she is the CEO. At the same time, Jana cofounded the non-profit global movement She Loves Data. Recently she also co-founded We Love MarTech, which aims to educate and grow the martech industry in APAC. Since 2016 over 16,000 women have attended 200+ free data & tech workshops, certification programs, and webinars. She Loves Data has chapters in 17 countries on 5 continents. She Loves Data received the 2019 “Diversity Initiative Award in Asia” by Women in IT. In 2009 & 2010 Jana was named one of the “Top 25 business women” in the Czech Republic. She was also featured on the inaugural 2020 “Singapore 100 Women in Tech” list. Jana is a volunteering mentor of non-commercial projects for future female leaders My Odyssey & Women in Business (National University of Singapore) and she collaborates with the European Women on Boards on the C-level program. As someone with a passion for uncharted territories Jana circumnavigated the world on a 38ft sailboat between 2003-2005.

Jane Livesey, Executive Vice President & President of Asia Pacific & Japan, Cognizant

Jane Livesey is a Member of Cognizant’s Global Executive Committee and leads Cognizant’s business interests inAsia Pacific and Japan (Incl. Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN, Greater China, India and Japan). In this role, she is focused on providing enterprises and governments across the region with high-quality, market-leading digital transformation capabilities.
She joined Cognizant in August 2020 as the CEO for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this she led PwC’s Technology Consulting practice in Australia and served on the CEO strategy, consulting and global technology leadership teams. Prior to PwC, Jane was the ANZ Technology Group Managing Director at Accenture for 12 years. In this role, she developed and led large technology practices in Australia and Asia-Pacific and oversaw 2,700 employees.
Previously, Jane served as a Managing Consultant at IBM, a product marketing specialist for Oracle’s Siebel Systems and in strategy and project management roles for Southern Cross Health Society and ACT Community Care.
Jane is recognised for her extensive technology consulting experience, client centricity, leadership qualities, passion for people and belonging, and embracing difference. Her career is one of consistent achievement with Jane being recognized as an advocate for women in technology, supporting STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) and the broader growth of technology capability in Australia and New Zealand.
Jane grew up in New Zealand and currently lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband and their four daughters. She has lived and worked all over the world, including in the U.S., UK, China, Japan, India, France, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and New Zealand. She is a member of Chief Executive Women.

Natalie Mead, Vice President, APJ Sales Engineering, Snowflake

Natalie Mead has focused on building technical go to market data strategies at a global level for over 25 years. She helps companies extend their technical focus from features and details into large scale business solutions to drive material organization changes. Currently, Natalie is the Vice President of the APJ Sales Engineering team at Snowflake where her team builds architectures around the Snowflake Data Cloud. Her focus ranges from Data Science, Data Engineering, Applications to Data Collaboration and Snowflake Marketplace Solutions. Previously, Natalie was the Senior Director of the Global Field CTO Office at Snowflake, where she oversaw the programming and vision of Principal Architects in security and workload platforms within the Sales Engineering organization. She and her team focused on driving early vision and adoptions of the Snowflake Products and Engineering roadmap to the field and end users for a complete, actionable view of the Snowflake Data Cloud.

Eva Taase, Managing Director, She Loves Data

Eva is the Managing Director of She Loves Data, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women in the tech industry through education and networking. She focuses on strategic growth, leadership, and financial management to expand the organization’s global impact. Based in Australia, Eva excels in motivating diverse teams across different countries and building strong relationships, driving meaningful change in the industry. Her efforts were recognized when she was honoured as the “Most Visionary Women In Tech Non-Profit Program Manager 2023” by Acquisition International Magazine.

Before assuming her current role, Eva’s career was marked by significant achievements across Europe and the Asia-Pacific. As CEO of an automotive company, she expertly navigated complex challenges, driving the organization to the No. 3 market position. Her strong experience in Agile program management, change, and quality management has led to the successful completion of large international projects, showcasing her adaptability and leadership in senior management roles.

Eva’s work is driven by a deep commitment to innovation and empowerment. She believes in the transformative power of technology and data to create opportunities for all. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and inspiring others to achieve their potential.

Just like our regular She Loves Data #MeetUp events, this networking event and panel discussion is open to all working professionals irrespective of gender. However, after we reach a certain number of registrants, we will be prioritising graduates of The AI Advantage for Professionals Fundamentals masterclass and their plus ones, as well as our partners and our sponsor’s partners. So please register early.

This is a networking event so you will have a chance to meet the speakers, as well as other members and partners of the She Loves Data community. A friendly reminder though – please observe networking etiquette by giving others a chance to meet and speak to everyone (i.e. no hogging!)

Simple finger food and drinks will be served. Please take a bite to eat earlier as the snacks are NOT meant to be dinner.
