Jul 10, 2021 (Sat) 04:00 PM in Singapore | 6:00 PM in Sydney | 09:00 AM in London | 10:00 AM in Prague
AGENDA:
65% of working women said their ambitions plummeted as a result of the pandemic’s turbulence. To adapt and move forward with grace, optimism and confidence, we invited experts to help us re-frame our thoughts, as well as inspiring female leaders who rode the crest of stormy waves in their careers and achieved success with courage.
Join us in this 2-part interactive workshop and learn:
a. Why We Need Courage in the New Normal and How to Lead Bravely in Turbulent Times, as shared by experienced female leaders in tech:
-> Dr. Tanvi Gautam (Founder at Leadershift, Inc. and a leading leadership consultant)
-> Tracy Quah (VP Marketing APJ at Informatica) and
-> Jana Marle Zizkova (Co-founder and CEO, Meiro)
b. How to Unblock Thought Barriers to Courage, where Sha-en Yeoh, MAPP, walks us through science-backed techniques to identify and deal with thought patterns that are preventing us from getting out of “career freeze”: perfectionism, impostor syndrome, self-sabotage, etc.
Hands-on exercises will teach us how to manage these thoughts and emotions to help us to break free from our mental shackles and live and work more courageously.
