Our panel of inspiring women in the tech industry will share their experiences, insights, and advice on how to build a successful career in tech, and empower women to step into this field.

Our panellists will discuss the challenges and opportunities that women face in the tech industry, and provide insights into how to navigate these challenges and build a fulfilling career. They will share their thoughts on the future skills required for the tech industry and how women can develop and hone these skills to stay ahead of the curve.

The panel will also explore the future of work in the tech industry, including marketing science and digital analytics, and what it means for women in this industry. Our panellists will provide advice on how to take advantage of the opportunities available in these areas.

Managing Director of Alteryx ANZ

Heidi Badgery is the Managing Director of Alteryx in ANZ, and is responsible for company strategy, business activities and operations in the region.

Under Heidi’s leadership and extensive experience in enterprise software business development, as well as passion for customer centric technology, Heidi’s zealous to accelerate Alteryx’s growth strategy and empower more organizations to use their data to make decisions at pace and scale, to achieve business outcomes.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, Heidi has worked in the United States and across Asia Pacific, building businesses and accelerating organizational performance in software, SaaS and consulting services. Prior to joining Alteryx, Heidi led Adobe’s Professional Services Go To Market team across Asia Pacific, with a focus on ensuring Adobe’s customers realize their digital ambition and achieve measurable business outcomes through their digital transformation. Heidi has also spent 13 years with Symantec, leading the Company’s global accounts, the Norton business in Greater China and developing new strategic services offerings for the global business. Leaving Symantec, Heidi worked with CEB then Gartner to create and deliver strategic service offerings focused on areas of leadership and driving organizational performance.

Avid data and diversity advocate, Jana headed teams and country operations at Estee Lauder,
Sybase, Sas and Socialbakers.
In 2015 she left the corporate career to start a data consultancy, soon followed by a Singapore
based Customer Data Platform (CDP) tech start-up Meiro where she is the CEO. At the same
Jana co-founded the non-profit global movement She Loves Data.
Since 2016 over 14,000 women have attended 170+ free data & tech workshops, certification
programs, and webinars. She Loves Data has chapters in 17 countries on 5 continents.
She Loves Data received the 2019 “Diversity Initiative Award in Asia” by Women in IT.
In 2009 & 2010 Jana was named one of the “Top 25 business women” in the Czech Republic and
she is featured on the inaugural 2020 “Singapore 100 Women in Tech” list.
Jana is a volunteering mentor of a non-commercial projects for future female leaders My
Odyssey &  Women in Business (National University of Singapore) and she collaborates with the
European Women on Boards on the C-level program. As someone with passion for uncharted
territories Jana circumnavigated the world on a 38ft sailboat between 2003-2005.

 

Co-Founder @Aitealium
Lynette is one of the co-founders of Aitealium, a data consultancy company. She is true evangelist for data and analytics. It was during her tenor as JP Morgan Digital transformation lead for APAC that she was exposed to low code automation software. She is recognised as an Alteryx innovator and is currently working towards her Snowflake certification.
In her spare time, she participates in Google’s annual hackathon where she was runner up in 2018 for her application ‘Learnioke’, learning complex content through music/song. A keen advocator for change, she offers her help and services to the Data School in Sydney mentoring data consultants on how to align data and business initiatives for the best outcome.
