Global Lead trainer at She Loves Data, which aims to provide free training to upskill, advance, empower and grow knowledge for women in data literacy and technology skillsets. Through the training efforts over the last 3 years, Aish has spent numerous hours to train, empower and inspire more than 500+ women across Singapore, Asia and globally on topics like SQL, Machine Learning and Data Analytics, catalyzing their professional development, many of those who hesitate to make the career transition without this support.
Aishwarya Ramakrishnan’s Bio
Aishwarya Ramakrishnan is a senior corporate leader and a Vice President at a custodian bank in the financial services industry. As part of her firm’s APAC Engineering team, she is an Agile Scrum Leader. She oversees her team’s success, leading the deliveries for the firm’s client commitment and operational efficiency agenda in APAC through latest technology solutions. Aish is a strong advocate for DEI, which led her to join the global nonprofit organization She Loves Data, which focuses on upskilling women in data and technology to empower female colleagues to gain leadership growth opportunities.
She has been a proud volunteer at She Loves Data for more than 3 years. She is currently responsible for building and leading the delivery of multiple global training programs globally on topics related to data skills, machine learning, and many more. She is passionate about technology, has deep knowledge of robotics, and has experience leading large-scale transformation programs that open up new ways of applying design thinking and innovative practices in teams.
Aish is passionate about data and the power that this can bring through data-driven decision-making. She volunteers to teach and empower women with technology and data skills to enable the art of the possible through She Loves Data and mentors young girls partnering with Inspiring Girls Singapore. Aish is also the Singapore chapter lead for Women In Engineering in APAC for her company, which aims to drive and grow women and their careers. She holds the position of the Chair of the Singapore DEI Council at her workplace. In 2023, she was selected as one of the 10 women in Singapore to mentor students as part of the NUS Centre for Future Ready Graduates – Women’s Professional Development Program. Aish was awarded the Professional Excellence and Mid Year Award for Women in Engineering at her workplace for the APAC Region in 2022 and 2023.
