She also demonstrates how her job as an analyst can be fun, through a short and hands-on data visualization exercise using viewership data from a leading video streaming company.
– Last but not least, Tableau’s Asia Pacific and Japan Recruiting team, led by Marnelli Enriquez, Team Lead, will provide a sneak peek into 100+ open roles at Tableau in the first quarter of 2021, and share what they are looking for in employees.

ALEXANDRA ROZA

As Vice President, APJ Customer Solutions, Tableau, Alexandra and her team help customers  realise the most value from their investment in Tableau. Leading a team of innovators and  experts in Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, and Support, Alexandra is  committed to helping our customers and their people build a data-driven culture no matter  where they are in their analytics journey. By putting data at the center of conversations,  collaboration, and decision-making, our customers are finding new opportunities to innovate,  building resiliency, and experiencing powerful transformation.  

Alexandra has always been passionate about advancing and celebrating the role of women in  data, tech and sales. She is an executive advisor for Salesforce Women’s Network Tableau and is  a founding member of the Conference Board’s Asia Council for Gender Equity. Prior to joining  Tableau, Alexandra was with LinkedIn where she initially grew the APAC Customer Success  organization and eventually led LinkedIn Learning Sales for APAC. She also has a strong  consulting background, having worked with Cape Group and Deloitte on strategic  transformation initiatives in Europe and Asia Pacific. Alexandra has lived in Canada, Europe,  Australia and has been based in Singapore for the past 14 years. Alexandra has an MA from  McGill University.

 

TANUSHREE ROHERA

Solutions Engineer

Tanushree Rohera, a Solution Engineer, returns to talk about her journey into data as a technologist, from starting with a minimal data background. She also demonstrates how her job as a pre-sales resource can be fun, through a short and hands-on data visualization exercise where she tries to understand the audience better.

 

RAHUL TREHAN

Senior Principal Success Manager

Rahul Trehan is a Senior Principal Customer Success Manager at Tableau Salesforce. He is passionate about driving the adoption of Tableau through  building a thriving community of Tableau users, and helping them maximise  the business impact of their data through the Tableau Analytics platform.  He has been with Tableau for 6 years and is a Certified Tableau Desktop  Professional. Rahul was previously a Solution Consultant with companies  like Oracle and IBM. He earned his Bachelors’ degree in Computer  Engineering from NTU Singapore. In his free time he enjoys working out,  cycling, cooking, killing time with Netflix and trying to make money grow in  the stock market.

 

MARNELLI ENRIQUEZ

Team Lead, APAC Recruiting

Nell has about 15 years of experience in recruiting gained from top global IT firms like Accenture, IBM, Microsoft and Tableau. She joined Tableau when it was still a start up company and helped establish the company’s recruitment structure and best practices in Asia Pacific and Japan. Nell has also been a key contributor to Tableau APJ’s diversity and inclusion practice. She looks after the hiring of sales and executive roles in most of the English-speaking markets in the region.
